We digitise all our designs to ensure the customer receives the best possible quality embroidery. After placing your order, we will contact you via email to obtain the logo or the text you require embroidered in any digital format and we can do the rest.
Once your design has been created we will then send you a digital sample of the design for you to approve. Alternatively, we can send you an actual embroidered sample of the design at an additional cost.
